DESCRIPTION
Meditation meets Thursdays from 1:00pm - 2:00pm in Room 202 of the Center on Halsted. For thousands of years, people have used meditation to move beyond the mind's stress-inducing thoughts and emotional upsets into the peace and clarity of present moment awareness. Meditation class with Ellen is offered every Thursday. The class is free and open to participants age 40+. No previous meditation experience necessary.
