WHO'S IN CHARGE HERE? A GUIDE TO ADVANCED DIRECTIVES

DESCRIPTION
On April 4th, The Center for Disability and Elder Law will be at Center on Addison discussing advance directives like living wills, powers of attorney, etc. Representatives will provide an introduction on these documents and take questions from the audience. They will also invite participants to sign up for the advance directives facilitation event on April 20th. Sign up for that event is on April 4th; the outreach workshop is a prerequisite to the event. This event is for individuals who do not have advance directives in place or who may not have made updates to them after significant life events (gain or loss of property, changes in health, changes in relationships, changes in residence, etc).
