Our safe, supportive and confidential environment allows young people and adults to build their understanding of the LGBT community and its resources, to explore their feelings and experiences, and to meet other LGBT people.

The Center on Halsted serves people through high quality programs and services; empowers individuals to live full, healthy, integrated lives; advocates for the rights and interests of LGBT people to live as full and equal participants in all aspects of society; and strengthens the community by respecting differences, celebrating diversity and fostering collaborative responses to community needs.
