Individual, Relationship/Couples, & Family Therapy

Our team of skilled psychologists, social workers, interns, and volunteers offer therapy to those 10 and older.

Therapy Groups

We offer an array of therapy groups focused on a topic. Interested individuals will need to complete an initial screening before the start of the group cycle.

Case Management & Advocacy

Case management and advocacy services are for those needing short-term assistance addressing barriers that impact your ability to survive/thrive.

Letters of Support for Gender Affirming Surgeries

Single-visit, one-hour appointments are available to those needing letters to support their gender-affirming surgeries. Appointments are free unless you have in-network insurance.

Professional Trainings

The Behavioral Health Department offers trainings throughout the year to help increase providers' competence in serving the LGBTQ+ community and the community's confidence in supporting individuals with mental health and substance use struggles.

Volunteer Therapist Program

The volunteer therapist program is for those who would like to continue their work with the LGBTQ community by volunteering their clinical services for three to five clinical hours a week.

Center on Halsted’s Behavioral Health Department offers clinical training opportunities for students completing their Masters or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work.
