During this presentation and discussion, you will meet Erica Gafford (she/her/hers), Director of HIV/STD Testing & Prevention.
Erica will share how Center on Halsted is working to change the impact of HIV in Chicago and the surrounding metropolitan area. Utilizing a “wrap-around” service model, we connect people living with HIV (or those vulnerable to HIV & STDs) to medication, Pre Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), case management, medical care, food, mental health services, substance use treatment, housing, emergency financial assistance, and more. Learn about the newly launched HIV Resource HUB, PrEP Navigation services, and Wellness Clinic developments.
