Education and Outreach Programs
Asian Human Services, 2838 W. Peterson Ave., Chicago, IL 60659
The LEAF Program at Asian Huma Services offers daily classes in English as a Second Language (ESL)and Computer skills. They welcome immigrant students from around the world for their ESL classes and both immigrants and native-English speakers for their Computer Skills classes. They have regular registration periods.
HIV Testing
Asian Human Services, 4753 N. Broadway, Ste. 700, Chicago, IL 60640
Free HIV testing. Call for an appointment. Has a project called the Banyan Tree Project. The Banyan Tree Project provides HIV prevention, education, confidential testing, case management, linkage to care, housing resources, advocacy, and counseling on benefit enrollment to those living with HIV.

Is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Offers services on a sliding scale fee. Services include: primary care, preventive care, pediatric care, adolescent care, women's health care, family planning, maternal healthcare, and adult disease prevention and screenings. Also offers an Illinois Breast and Cervical cancer program. Staff members speak many languages.
