SERVICE PROVIDER INFORMATION Mental Health Care - Counseling

Mental Health services are available to individuals receiving care at the CORE Center or their family members. Mental Health providers are available during clinic hours to perform psychosocial evaluations, access urgent patient needs, schedule out-patient therapy sessions, and make community referrals for mental health services. Mental Health providers also facilitate referrals to CORE Center psychiatry for consultation and/or management of psychiatric medications. Psychosocial support groups are offered to provide peer support for patients. A referral for bio-feedback serves can also be scheduled to support patients at the CORE Center.
