Lawndale offers comprehensive healthcare options and services for adults. Family Practice and Internal Medicine specialists offer ongoing medical care. Lawndale also offers services for people living with chronic conditions such as asthma and diabetes. Asthma services include spirometry, allergy skin testing, and one on one educational sessions. Diabetes programs include one on one educational sessions, assistance with provider-patient communication, diabetes classics, cook county hospital neighborhoods, and the new Precision-Xtra blood sugar monitor is now available to those who attend meter orientation classes.
