DESCRIPTION
What is Level Up? A process and skills group for individuals impacted by the effects of violence.
When and where will the Level UP group meet? Center on Halsted, Room 201 Mondays from 5-6:30pm, July 22nd-September 19th (excluding Labor Day)
How much does it cost? This group is completely free for participants who complete an Behavioral Health intake and screening.
What are the benefits of group therapy? Group therapy provides an opportunity for participants to know they are not alone in their experiences, a space to practice new skills, and an opportunity to support others on their path of surviving trauma and thriving.
How will Center on Halsted support participants of the Level UP group? Group participants will receive bus cards for transportation assistance to and from the group along with a personal journal and weekly snacks.
