You do not need to be registered as a patient in order to set up an appointment for a free rapid HIV test at this location; HOWEVER ONLY THE PCC'S LAKE STREET LOCATION offers ROUTINE HIV testing- by appointment only (14 Lake St., in Oak Park, IL 60302- & the phone number for the Oak Park location is: (708) 383-0113). Additionally, the Wednesday hours at this location vary (on the 1st and 2nd Wednesdays of the month, this location opens at 8:30 AM and closed at 8:00 PM; on the 3rd and 4th Wednesday of the month, this location opens at 9:00 AM and closed at 8:00 PM).
