The Neon Street Home Program is for anyone that has proof of homelessnes; youth 14-21 can dropin to use day services around getting a meal, job services, using computers, etc., but must complete paperwork during an initial intake; drop-in hours are M-F 9AM-9PM; residential program is for youth ages 18-21; provides the experience of adult-living in a supervised, independent living program.
