SERVICE PROVIDER INFORMATION
Mental Health Care - Counseling

You need to be a medical patient at PCC in order to receive behavioral health care from PCC. There may be a fee for new patient registration. PCC recognizes that individuals may have a difficult time dealing with hardship. PCC offers comprehensive integrated behavioral healthcare services. While a PCC provider may see someone for a medical condition, a behavioral health professional can meet with an individual to discuss social and emotional needs. At PCC, social workers, psychologists, and a psychiatrist are here to provide behavioral health and wellbeing services to our patients. These services are integrated into the primary care setting at PCC. The goal of PCCs behavioral health program is to work with patients to support them in reaching their desired goals. Behavioral healthcare services offered by PCC include: individual, couple, and family counseling; psychological services; psychiatric services; parenting support, and resource linkage.
