This location offers limited Saturday hours; it is open only on the 2nd Saturday of the month. The location other hours are Monday through Friday. You do not need to be registered as a patient in order to set up an appointment for a free rapid HIV test at this location; HOWEVER ONLY THE PCC'S LAKE STREET LOCATION offers ROUTINE HIV testing- by appointment only (14 Lake St., in Oak Park, IL 60302- & the phone number for the Oak Park location is: (708) 383-0113).
