Homesharing is an affordable housing option for renters while offering providers extra income and assistance to age in place.

What does Homesharing require?
HOMESHARING PROVIDERS

• Must have a minimum of two bedrooms in their home, condominium or apartment;
• Live on the near north side of Chicago.

• Have an income of at least $750 per month;
• Are 18 years of age or older;
• Are willing to live with an older adult and provide assistance with household chores and tasks.
